At the center of the vineyards stands the pulsating heart of our activity: the winery.
Completely clad in stone and well-integrated into the surrounding landscape, it consists of two sections.
In the upper part of our event and reception villa, Tenuta La Fortezza, and large open spaces mainly dedicated to lawns: an enchanting place with a stunning view stretching towards the Appennines, which separate Campania from Puglia.
The lower section, which opens through two meticulously crafted medieval-style solid wood gates, houses the actual production activity: a perfect blend of tradition and modern technology.
FOR CENTURIES, THE PROVINCE OF BENEVENTO HAS BEEN PRODUCING EXCELLENT GRAPES FOR OUTSTANDING WINES
Here are our vine varieties:
Aglianico del Taburno, in quantities that allow us to carefully select grapes in the vineyard for different sales lines,
and ensure the production of high-quality wines such as Riserva, whose grapes come from a vineyard of approximately seventy years old.
Falanghina del Taburno, with vineyard exposure that guarantees optimal results in terms of
sugar content, aromas, and acidity of the wine without the need for blending during processing.
For now, we select Greek and Fiano vineyards externally for our productions,
imposing strict and meticulous cultivation regulations on the producers:
once the lands and respective vineyards are identified, we follow them through all the fundamental steps
until the harvest, which takes place under our supervision.
Finally, we proudly present our flagship products:
the Sparkling Falanghina, the Sparkling Aglianico, and our highly esteemed "Maleventum,"
a long Charmat-method sparkling wine made from Falanghina grapes.
